1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the oyo888 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds (where separately designated).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or conditional funds awarded by oyo888 under specific promotional terms that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player's verified payment method into the Player's oyo888 Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by oyo888 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Platform" means the oyo888 website, mobile interface, associated subdomains, and any application or service operated under the oyo888 brand at the domain oyo888.cam.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with oyo888 and uses the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using their own money, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of oyo888's services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any Services provided by oyo888. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. oyo888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

oyo888 operates as an international online gaming platform primarily serving Indonesian players. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) Account on the oyo888 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Mental Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Individuals under guardianship or legally declared incapable of managing their own financial affairs are not eligible to register or use oyo888 Services.

2.5 Exclusions

Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of oyo888 or its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in wagering activities on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

To create an Account with oyo888, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. oyo888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify oyo888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual. Attempting to transfer an Account — or permitting a third party to access your Account — is prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

oyo888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to platform integrity. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (after verification) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirements

oyo888 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be asked to verify at any point during their use of the Platform.

4.2 Accepted Documents

To complete KYC verification, Players must submit clear, unedited copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card), SIM (driver's license), or valid passport. All four corners must be visible, and all text must be clearly legible.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) confirming the account is registered in the Player's name.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.

4.3 Name Matching Requirement

Your registered Account name, KTP name, and payment method account name must all match exactly. Discrepancies in names — including nicknames, shortened names, or variations in spelling — may result in verification failure and withdrawal suspension until the issue is resolved.

4.4 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC verification is completed within 2–4 business hours. Complex cases or document quality issues may extend this timeline. oyo888 will communicate any additional requirements via the contact details on your Account profile.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oyo888 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian Players:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time. The current list of active payment channels is displayed at the point of deposit within your Account.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no fee charged by oyo888 for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet prov ider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your oyo888 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. oyo888 does not accept or process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits, unless explicitly approved following KYC review.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed the following business day.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 5 minutes to 30 minutes, available 24 hours a day.

Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

oyo888 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the Account is under investigation. In all such cases, oyo888 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on the oyo888 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). oyo888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by oyo888 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the wagering requirements and conditions attached to that promotion. Bonus terms supersede these General Terms only where they explicitly state so; in all other respects, these Terms apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

oyo888 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other Players to cycle bonus funds; or systematically exploiting promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, oyo888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to permanently close the Account.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions may be geographically restricted, time-limited, or limited to specific Player segments. oyo888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by subsequent modifications, provided they have not violated the promotion's terms.

6.5 No Cash Equivalent

Bonus Funds and free spins have no cash equivalent and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted between Players. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted upon the expiry of the stated validity period are forfeited automatically without compensation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on oyo888 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published within the Platform's sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Platform's records shall be considered the authoritative reference. oyo888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement; or (c) there is evidence of match manipulation.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on oyo888 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring each outcome is statistically independent of prior results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term payout rate and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studios. In the event of a stream disconnection or technical failure during a live game round, all bets placed prior to the disconnection that cannot be recovered from server logs will be voided and refunded to the Player's Account. oyo888 will not be liable for losses arising from Player-side connectivity issues.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at oyo888's sole discretion. oyo888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, refuse individual bets, or restrict betting activity on specific markets for any account without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until an explicit confirmation message is displayed within the Platform interface.

7.5 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake refunded where: an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or abandoned without a result being reached; the event is settled in error and subsequently corrected; or the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a system error. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's Account Balance within 24 hours of the void decision.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the oyo888 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances held pending investigation:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an undue advantage.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Platform staff or other Players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new Account after a self-exclusion has been applied.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your geographic location in order to circumvent Platform access restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the oyo888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, game integrations, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of oyo888 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication of any Platform content without prior written consent from oyo888 is strictly prohibited.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remain the property of their respective rights holders. oyo888 operates these games under valid licensing agreements with each provider.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

oyo888 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. oyo888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, connectivity interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.

11.2 Gaming Losses

Players accept that losses are a possible and expected outcome of gambling, and oyo888 accepts no liability for any gambling losses sustained during legitimate Platform use.

11.3 Third-Party Services

oyo888 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services integrated with the Platform, including payment processors, game studios, and data feed providers. Any disputes arising from third-party service failures must be directed to the relevant third party.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oyo888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

oyo888's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction records for compliance monitoring, and usage data for platform improvement.

oyo888 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between the Player's device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable compliance obligations and then securely deleted.

13 Amendments to These Terms

oyo888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oyo888 is incorporated and holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through oyo888's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of Indonesia applicable to consumer contracts. Players in Indonesia are advised that online gambling operates in a legally restricted environment; you are solely responsible for ensuring your activities comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
